As an industry leader in adopting cutting-edge technology, Zhanna recently invested in a strawberry capper to streamline its operations and increase productivity. To remove the green leafy strawberry tops or calyx, the capper uses highly accurate vision technology on its multi-armed robots to first identify and position each strawberry before delivering a swift, clean cut. The calyx is then vacuumed up as the robotic arm takes aim at the next strawberry. The ingenious technology allows Zhanna to revolutionize its entire production process.
